Ledgerly started as a spreadsheet workflow for a fintech team in Lahore. Within three months of launch it was handling 2.4M transactions per month.
I rebuilt the ingestion pipeline with chunked imports, Redis-backed aggregates, and a read-optimized reporting schema. Dashboard load dropped from 8s to under 400ms on their existing VPS.
The product now serves four tenant organizations from a single Laravel codebase with strict row-level isolation.
